How do I apply for a membership?
Applying is quick and easy using the form above! You will need a copy of your business certificate easily accessible. Once we receive your application, we'll begin processing your information. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. After you've been approved, we'll send you a confirmation email with your Designer Trade Discount for use right away.
How do I place an order?
To use your Designer Trade discount you'll just need to log into your LRC account using the same email you applied with. Once shopping is complete, checkout as usual and apply your designer discount code upon checkout. Purchase orders for your clients can also be requested through the shopping cart page prior to applying your discount.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity or dollar amount necessary to receive your discount. Please note only full priced pillow covers can be purchased with your designer trade discount.
How do I reach out with questions?
For assistance with placing your order or questions regarding inventory, please email hello@loveravincollection.com. Allow up to 24 hours for a response.
What is your shipping policy?
Love, Ravin Collection offers free shipping on all orders $199+. Monday-Friday orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same day. After 3pm and on weekends or holidays, orders will ship next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days.
How do I order fabric swatches?
In order to place your swatch orders, you'll email hello@loveravincollection.com. Include your name, business name, shipping address, and fabrics of choice. Your order will be processed soon after as all of your orders will be seen as top priority with our company.
What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for a refund via store credit if returned back to us within 7 days of delivery (Post dated by the 7th day).
