What Size Pillow Insert Should I Use?
For the best, fullest look:
• Down Feather Inserts: Size up by 2 inches for that plush, luxury feel.
Example: A 22" pillow cover pairs best with a 24" down/feather insert.
• Poly-Filled Inserts: Stay true to size. Poly inserts are naturally firm and don’t require extra sizing.
Example: A 22" pillow cover pairs perfectly with a 22" poly insert.
Do You Offer Custom Sizes?
If a cover is not available in the size you need, please Submit Custom Pillow Request.
Custom pillow covers generally carry a 1-3 week lead time. Please inquire for more accurate lead time and pricing by submitting the above request form.

Shipping and Processing Time
Each order is handled with care and attention. In-stock items ship the same day when ordered before 3 PM EST. Custom pillow covers are made to order and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. Need it sooner? Just reach out—we’re happy to help. All orders ship via UPS or FedEx.
Return and Exchange
We inspect every piece with care and want you to feel confident in your purchase. In-stock covers may be returned for store credit with approval within 3 days of delivery and returned within 7 days, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
