Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. If it is within this timeframe and your order has not been processed, we will immediately refund your payment.

I just placed an order. Can I change it?

To cancel/change an order please contact us within the first 24 hours. If it is within this timeframe and your order hasn't shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund. If your order has already been processed, you can return for store credit.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

I saw an item but can't seem to find it online?

Please use the search bar to type in a description or keyword matching the item. If nothing is shown, it's likely that the item is sold out.  

My coupon code isn't working. Why not?

If you are having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions. Most discount codes can only be used once.

Shipping

What are your shipping options within the United States?

Same day shipping for orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. On weekends and holidays your order will ship the following business day.  LRC ships through UPS Ground and all orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days.

How do I track my order?

After your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update. 

My order hasn't been delivered. What should I do?

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877.  Due to privacy concerns Love, Ravin Collection cannot reach out to UPS on behalf of the customer. UPS will allow you to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know—we’re happy to help!

To start the process, please login to your customer account within 3 days of receiving your package to request return authorization. Once there, select the order number and items you wish to return, along with the reason for the return. You can also add any additional notes. Once complete, click"Request Return".

You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been submitted, followed by another email notifying you if your request has been approved. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

What is your return policy?

Quick ship pillow covers are eligible for a refund via store credit if notified within 3 days of delivery and sent back within 7 days of delivery. If you would like to make a return, please email hello@loveravincollection.com for return authorization. For a full list of returnable merchandise please visit our Return Policy.

How long does it take to receive my store credit?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for our team to process your return. Once your return has been received and processed a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon checkout. If you have not received an email within 5 business days of us receiving the package, please contact our customer service team at hello@loveravincollection.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Where can I find my store credit?

To access your LRC Store Credit, simply login to your account using the email used upon checkout, go to your Profile, and scroll down to Payment Methods.

How do I use my store credit?

When placing your next order, add items to your cart as usual. Before completing your purchase, select +Add Store Credit under Payment Methods to apply the credit to your order.

Please ensure the credit is applied before checkout, as we cannot make adjustments after an order has been placed.
