LRC Return Policy

Love, Ravin Collection is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. For this reason, all covers and merchandise are closely examined before leaving our warehouse. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us at hello@loveravincollection.com.

Return Policy

  • Items are eligible for a refund via store credit if notified within 3 days of delivery. Items should be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery (Post dated by the 7th day).
  • All items are inspected upon arrival. Items must be sent back unused and in the original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and may ship back the item(s) using the carrier of his/her choice.
  • If the items arrive in damaged or defective conditions, LRC will cover the cost of replacement shipping. We reserve the right to send a replacement for any damaged item(s) before we issue a refund via store credit.

How to Return a Product

If you would like to make a return, please reach out to Love, Ravin Collection Customer Service at hello@loveravincollection.com within 3 days of package delivery to receive return authorization.

Please include the following information: Reason for return, order number, date received, product description, and photo of of defect.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Love, Ravin Collection reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new conditions due to damage or misuse by the customer. Love, Ravin Collection also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 7-day period.

Please note, a restocking fee of 10% of the order total less shipping cost will be applied to all returns.

Eligible returns will receive store credit. Please give our team 3-5 business days to return and send store credit via email.

LRC Exchange Policy

Exchanges are always welcome within 5 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange a product, item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept the exchange.

How to Exchange a Product

If you would like to make an exchange, please reach out to Love, Ravin Collection Customer Service at hello@loveravincollection.com within 5 days of package delivery to receive return authorization.

Please include the following information: Reason for exchange, order number, date received, product description, and item you would like to exchange for.

Please ensure the exchange item is equal or lesser value.

Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Include the original packing slip with the indicated information above.

LRC Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. If it is within this timeframe and your order has not been processed, we will immediately refund your payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund. Any cancellation requested after 24 hours is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
