LRC Return Policy
Love, Ravin Collection is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. For this reason, all covers and merchandise are closely examined before leaving our warehouse. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us.
Return Policy
- Items are eligible for a refund via store credit if notified within 3 days of delivery. Items should be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery (Post dated by the 7th day).
- All items are inspected upon arrival. Items must be sent back unused and in the original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and may ship back the item(s) using the carrier of his/her choice or request a return shipping label.
- If the items arrive in damaged or defective conditions, LRC will cover the cost of replacement shipping. We reserve the right to send a replacement for any damaged item(s) before we issue a refund via store credit.

How to Make a Return
- Request Return Authorization
Log in to your customer account within 3 days of receiving your package to request return authorization. - Submit Your Request
In the portal, select the order number and items you wish to return, along with the reason for the return. You can also add any additional notes. Once complete, click "Request Return". - Await Approval
You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been submitted, followed by another email notifying you if your request has been approved or declined. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. - Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% of the order total (excluding shipping costs) will apply to all returns. - Prepare Your Return
Pack and seal your return securely, using the original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip with the necessary information. Be sure to remove all pillow inserts and only return pillow covers. - Store Credit Processing
Approved returns will be processed for store credit. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your return and email your store credit.
Max of 2 consecutive returns per customer.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Love, Ravin Collection reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original, like-new condition. This includes but is not limited to items with pet hair, strong odors, or signs of misuse. Love, Ravin Collection also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 7-day period.
LRC Exchange Policy
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we kindly ask that you follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
LRC Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. If it is within this timeframe and your order has not been processed, we will immediately refund your payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the refund. Any cancellation requested after 24 hours is subject to a 10% restocking fee. To cancel your order, please email us.
LRC Store Credit
To access your LRC Store Credit, simply login to your account using the email used upon checkout, go to your Profile, and scroll down to Payment Methods.
When placing your next order, add items to your cart as usual. Before completing your purchase, select +Add Store Credit under Payment Methods to apply the credit to your order.
Please ensure the credit is applied before checkout, as we cannot make adjustments after an order has been placed.
