Shipping Fees

Love, Ravin Collection offers free shipping on all orders $299+ and free shipping on all Fabric Swatch Samplers.

Other shipping fees include:

  • Pillow covers $10
  • Pillow covers with inserts $25
  • Throw blankets $10
  • Custom Window Treatments $10

Please note:  Pillow insert must be purchased with pillow cover. If an order for pillow insert(s) can not be linked to recent pillow cover purchase, LRC reserves the right to cancel order. 

Logistics Provider

All orders with pillow covers, window treatments, and throw blankets ship via UPS Ground in Continental US.

All Fabric Swatch Samplers ship via USPS Priority in Continental US.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Processing Timeframe

Monday-Friday orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same day. After 3pm and on weekends or holidays, orders will ship next business day.

Please note, this shipping cadence excludes Custom Window Treatments. Production time for Custom Window Treatments range from 3-4 weeks. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days.

If an item in your order is backordered, your full order will ship once backordered item is back in stock. Please contact us for more accurate lead times.

All LRC orders ship through Standard UPS Ground and shipping times range from 3-10 business days depending on delivery location. 

Tracking Number Difficulties

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be registered/scanned into the carriers system. After 48 hours, please email hello@loveravincollection.com.

Delivery Issues

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877.  Due to privacy concerns Love, Ravin Collection cannot reach out to UPS on behalf of the customer. UPS will allow you to file a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.
