Love, Ravin Collection offers free shipping on all orders.
Monday-Friday orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same day. After 3pm and on weekends or holidays, orders will ship next business day.
Please note, this shipping cadence excludes Custom Window Treatments. Production time for Custom Window Treatments range from 3-4 weeks.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days.
All LRC orders ship through Standard UPS Ground and shipping times range from 3-10 business days depending on delivery location.
If your order does not arrive within the specified shipping window please contact UPS for assistance.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment details to update.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877. Due to privacy concerns Love, Ravin Collection cannot reach out to UPS on behalf of the customer. UPS will allow you to file a claim.
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.
